My good peoples… I bring to you…the 9 minute summation of how I got here.
My one hope it that you enjoy it with lots of laughs. My other hope is that my parents who will undoubtedly be watching this now that they know there’s a blog about them realize that A) I thank them for being such good sports and B) We are all laughing with you and not at you.
Here it is:

Hilarious! Great production quality too. I’m about to embark on my first independent production project. Any tips?
My Parents Are Crazier Than Yours
March 21, 2013
Thanks, Jill. I would say make sure the script is something authentic and heartfelt to you, because when all the shit goes down during production, which it always will, you’ll remember you’re creating something worth fighting for. And then also, plan everything. Know what you’re going to do, don’t wing anything.

As a 35 year old bachelor on the verge of having to move in with his Mom, I find this both hilarious and horrifying! Really well done. The video has a Larry David kinda feel. Great attention to details (ie: your Dad’s Lesbian trapped in a man’s body T-shirt. Awesome.) Thanks for the overview…can’t wait to read from the beginning and get caught up. Cheers.

Thanks so much and glad to meet you (virtually). Try not to be too horrified. Life is an interesting journey with many surprising twists sometimes what makes it horrible is our judgments. Sometimes.
I look forward to hearing more from you and reading your stuff, too.
